The co-op has a renewed need for product input from members! Our next big project is a renovation of the bulk room. With the new system, we are expecting to increase our selection in the bulk room, and your input regarding what else we should carry will be most valuable.
We already have a few ideas about what to do with the new bins, but really want to serve our members and other customers with foods they want. Look for a suggestion box in the bulk room soon, and the new bulk bins in late spring or early summer. We'd like to note that member and customer input is one of our most used avenues for selecting new items for the store, as well as menu items for the kitchen. We've been taking ideas from special orders, and many recent additions to our selection have been initiated this way.
Outright suggestions seem to have waned in recent months, and we'd like to have more of them again, as well. Please keep in mind that the staff places customer input in high priority, so we gauge interest and make decisions with that in mind.
